Hockey Cares Teams Up with Boston Jr Rangers '08 team to support the Sarah Duval Scholarship Fund

Sarah Duval was a 11 year old North Shore Viper hockey player out of Tewksbury MA. Sarah passed suddenly due to complications from leukemia on February 8, 2021. Sarah was full of life... feisty, strong willed, sassy and competitive.

The Boston Jr Rangers also play out of Breakaway in Tewksbury and see Sarah's #27 jersey hanging above their bench. The Jr Ranger players decided to donate $27 to honor Sarah and will present their check to the Sarah Duval Scholarship Fund on the evening of February 12th. T

he North Shore Viper and Breakaway family will gather for a memorable day of hockey to honor and recognize Sarah. On February 12th at 5:30 pm her North Shore Vipers teammates will take the ice against the Boston Jr. Terriers. The puck will drop again as Sarah's brother, Jacob, will paly in his sisters honor as Austin Prep takes on Winchester starting at 7:00 pm.

The Boston Junior Rangers 08 White will play a double header on this day against the Springfield Rifles. The first game starts at 3:25 pm and the second at 6:15.
